After completing this task for three days, Fabulous challenges you to continue drinking water and also eat a great breakfast for another three mornings in a row. To make these tasks more achievable, the app provides daily tips and simple action steps (such as keeping a water bottle beside your bed) and offers short, inspirational coaching lessons that you can read, watch, or listen to.

Meet the creator: Fabulous was cofounded in 2013 by Sami Ben Hassine, Amine Laadhari, and Taylor Ling. The team brought their idea to an incubation lab for startups at Duke University and collaborated with behavioral economics professor Dan Ariely to develop the app. Based on evidence-based research, Fabulous aims to help individuals and teams become healthier and more productive.
