Meet the Creators: Kai Koch and John Roggan, colleagues, developed Ahead during the COVID-19 pandemic when many were working remotely and struggling to connect. "Everybody struggles emotionally from time to time," Koch says. "You don't change how you think and act by reading about it, just like you don't learn to ride a bike that way. You learn it by actually doing it—and doing it consistently."
