Meet the Creators: Husband-and-wife team Isuru Wanasinghe and Nayomi Hettiarachchi developed the concept for Bears Gratitude at the start of the global lockdowns in 2020. "Drawing Bear and his friends helped my own anxiety," says Hettiarachchi, who is an illustrator. "It helped me appreciate the little things in my everyday life."
