I emailed support and got no response. The “unlimited free access” wording is scam because it is only for a limited period. If you had bought the app for £2.99 you will lose the access to the programme beyond week 3-4. If you want to move to a new payment style for new users, fine, but it seems like a real crock to not grandfather in users who already paid for the pack, even if there’s more “functionality” now. Good job on adding the ability to change music from inside the app, I guess? Not like I can’t just, ya know, play music from iTunes or Spotify and swipe down? I don’t even care if you just gave me the old app, or make the old app available for use instead of the new one. All apps updated and are now requiring I pay a second time. Will delete all apps of original access not restored. Only difference is slightly upgraded graphics and addition of voice prompts. I’ve enabled sounds in settings and it doesn’t do much. Also if you exit the app and go to another (music for example) the rest timer pauses. Why not have it background continue? It’s a shame that I can’t see ahead on the workouts as well. If I want to check what’s in next week it logs as a new workout and then I have to say it’s incomplete and if I want it back on current progress ticked I have to reset progress. Since I posted this I used Ai to completely build I free replacement of your app in less than 5 minutes so I won't need your "free" 3 months that you offered.
