## What is 00Todo?

00Todo keeps tasks and projects together, so you can see what is ready now without losing sight of what comes next.

Set a start date to keep future tasks out of Available until they are ready. Add a due date when something has a deadline.

Keep projects and their tasks in one list, or expand projects to see every task. A project also works as a simple shopping list.

Capture tasks by typing, speaking, or sharing text and links from other apps. On supported devices, Apple Intelligence can help turn a request into a draft.

Changes are saved on your device when you are offline and sync when you reconnect. Home Screen widgets put your available tasks close at hand.

Connect compatible assistants through MCP, then review or revoke their access in the app.

Sign in with Apple to keep your tasks in sync. No ads or subscription.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2 — 2026-10-21

- Quick start times: When you set a start date, you can now pick 8:00 AM, 1:00 PM or 6:00 PM with one tap instead of scrolling the time picker.
- Later today: New "Today 1:00 PM"-style shortcuts set both the start date and time in one tap. Only times that haven't passed yet are shown.

### 1.1 — 2026-10-10

Someday: Park tasks and projects you might get to eventually. They stay out of Available and sit together at the bottom of Upcoming.
Blocked: Mark a task or project as waiting on something, so it stays out of Available until you unblock it. A blocked or Someday project holds its tasks too.
Later today: Upcoming now groups tasks that start later today, so you can see what's coming before it's ready.
Start date shortcuts: Set common start dates in a tap.
Friendlier dates: Dates in the coming week show the weekday, like "Thursday".
Wider screens: On iPad and other large displays, task details open beside your list, and edits save automatically.
Notes: Tap an email address or phone number in a note to write or call.
Fixes and polish: Completed items close their detail view, and shared links keep a useful title.
