  世界卫生组织以及大部分营养以及儿科专家都认为，在宝宝4—6个月时，开始为他添加辅食最理想。因为从4个月开始，宝宝已经进入学习咀嚼及味觉发育的敏感期，对食物表现出兴趣。此时添加辅食．宝宝会很乐意接受，也很容易学会咀嚼吞咽。
