### 5/5 — Addicting game, but one suggestion

*2016-08-25, version 1.0.5*

Great game. One suggestion: allow swiping to turn tiles blue. I would be able to solve puzzles even faster!!!

### 5/5 — Great!

*2016-01-14, version 1.0.5*

Please add a restart puzzle button!

### 5/5 — Perfect puzzle game!

*2015-10-04, version 1.0.5*

Perfect puzzle game!

### 5/5 — Game centre!

*2015-09-23, version 1.0.4*

I love the new 9x9 boards, but we need new Game Centre achievements for them!

### 5/5 — Love this game, would only ask for one small feature

*2015-05-20, version 1.0.1*

I love oh no more than oh hi, but at night I can only play oh hi because the bright white in oh no wakes me up. Is it possible to add a night filter or something so I can play oh no whenever I want?

### 4/5 — Fun but needs greater challenge

*2015-04-09, version 1.0.1*

Love this game but once you get the hang of it it's too easy to complete all available levels. Hope they'll be an update with more challenging puzzles

### 5/5 — LOVE this game!

*2015-03-28, version 1.0.1*

I really enjoy playing this game. I wish we could get some more challenging levels because once u get used to the idea it gets pretty easy to finish the 8x8 in a minute or two

### 4/5 — Very Fun Game!

*2015-03-25, version 1.0.1*

Just the right amount of challenge. I found a bug, though: the timer keeps going even when you close the app or turn off the device.

### 5/5 — Better than reviews would lead you to believe

*2015-03-22, version 1.0.1*

A lot of the reviews seem to be from people who find the game frustrating and the hints unhelpful, but that shouldn't influence you, dear citizen, from trying the game. The app itself has an excellent aesthetic and the puzzle has an interesting concept that is at least worth exploring. I enjoy it perhaps more than the original superstar 0h h1. Don't knock it until you try it!

### 5/5 — Such a great game

*2015-03-14, version 1.0.1*

👍 i play ohhi and ohno everyday, make another game with the same concept

### 5/5 — Love it

*2015-03-06, version 1.0.1*

Mastered it! Would love a followup with more depth. Check out dots vs 2dots to see a great example of how you could go with a sequel

### 4/5 — Hints not very helpful

*2015-03-03, version 1.0.1*

"One specific dot is included in all solutions imaginable" is rather inscrutable. I still don't get how this is supposed to clarify anything.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Forcing to login

*2022-05-06, version 1.0.6*

Horrible app, tries to force a Game Center login every time it opens. Terrible design

### 1/5 — Hints not helpful, dislike ios "games" app 'achievements'

*2015-03-07, version 1.0.1*

The hints are either difficult to understand or are not helpful. Would rather have a "red or blue here" hint than "maybe it could go in any possible space." Also, the 'Games Room' achievements that pop up (also in latest version of 0h h1) are annoying. There is no "clear board" option so I just backed out of boards to save time doing it by hand on the larger boards. Apparently there is an achievement for that! "Quitter!" Okay! You bet! Buh-bye! *delete*

### 1/5 — Not optimized for iPhone 6

*2015-02-16, version 1.0.1*

UI is inflated / oversized

### 3/5 — Meh

*2015-02-28, version 1.0.1*

This game is okay. It keeps the 0h h1 mechanics, but that's it. This game is pretty confusing and frustrating. It doesn't have as much replayability as 0h h1.

### 4/5 — So fun

*2024-10-14, version 1.0.6*

It’s great if you like sudoku or similar games, I just wish I could restart a board or pause and return to a board later. Then the game would be perfect

### 4/5 — Great game

*2018-02-16, version 1.0.6*

Only criticism is that the hints are indecipherable. I'm comforted knowing no one else knows what they mean either.

### 4/5 — Confusing hints

*2015-10-01, version 1.0.4*

Game is good but difficult. But the hints make literally no sense!

### 4/5 — Great game, with small issues

*2015-09-29, version 1.0.4*

I love the addition of the dark theme in the most recent update. However, it makes any hints the game gives you invisible. Fix that and this game would be a perfect 5/5.

### 4/5 — 9x9 doesn't load

*2015-09-26, version 1.0.4*

Please fix the 9x9, thank you.

### 4/5 — Fun game

*2015-04-17, version 1.0.1*

This is a pretty fun game if you like challenging puzzle games. Some layouts can be a bit tricky to solve.
The one drawback is that if you are looking at the timer it doesn't seem to pause if you switch to something else.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Absolutely Obsessed

*2024-05-31, version 1.0.6*

It is so simple, yet so effective. It’s a great puzzler to unwind as it is just difficult enough to challenge you but not impossible. Additionally the fact that you can determine your own level of difficulty of the puzzle every time is wonderful.

10/10 have shared with so many people.

### 5/5 — Fantastic

*2024-04-27, version 1.0.6*

0h n0 is easy to understand and fun to master. You can choose between a range of boards, the bigger the board, the more patterns to analyze and solve. Lower boards are great for new players to make sure they don't get overwhelmed and incrementally level-up. As they become a seasoned player they may know that each board can be completed without guessing, so the different sized boards can offer a zen like experience as they zip their way to completion. Every individual has a different baseline level of stimulation, allowing seasoned players to go back to the earlier boards and find their own zen board. My zen board is the 5x5.

The competitive aspect is engaging for me personally. I compete with myself for the best times, but try to go for the endurance "boards completed" leaderboard for my zen board. I've been tracking a few active players in a spreadsheet and it's cool to see our rates vs absolute scores.

The app itself is distraction free. No ads. No internet required. You can play anytime, anywhere, and fully immerse yourself into the game.

The app does have some imperfections, right now there are 3 main bugs with the app, first is that you can't skip through the menu making the "impatient" achievement impossible, and the second is opening game center sometimes crashes the game. Pairing those two together can be annoying for competitive play. The other bug is that the timer gets disabled when you visit certain menus (How to play does this i think).

I've also had some fun exploring potential shortcuts to save time. I've found out two major time savers which I call the blind dot rule and the related dot rule. I leave that as an exercise for the reader 😉

Overall, great game! ❤️

### 5/5 — I love this game

*2024-03-26, version 1.0.6*

This is still, after quite a few years, one of my favorite “go to” (uh, “g0 t0”?) games on the iPad. I know it hasn’t been updated in ages, and I’m fine with that, but one day I hope the developer can treat us to a new version with larger puzzles. 9x9s are too easy after a few thousand of them. :)

### 5/5 — App Store Hidden Gem

*2023-12-20, version 1.0.6*

Quickly became my favorite puzzle game - and I’ve got a few! The replayability is glorious. Well done!!

### 5/5 — ADHD Focus aid

*2023-11-30, version 1.0.6*

This game has served as an ideal aid for me to pay better attention to college lectures. It has no required auditory components and requires no reading, while providing a sufficiently challenging puzzle ti prevent my mind from wandering while not being so complicated I ignore the lecture I am listening to.
It has no necessary time component, so the game can be paused and resumed at any time, allowing me to take notes as necessary or otherwise engage in class as needed.

Both games in the series have been incredibly helpful, and are fun in their own right. I'm thankful to the devs for creating and maintaining these titles.
Now working as a professional counselor, I recommend these games to my ADHD clients who are under-stimulated in lecture settings

### 5/5 — Non-addictive app

*2023-04-17, version 1.0.6*

I really appreciate this app, because since deleting social media apps from my phone which sucked me in and kept me scrolling, I’ve needed a replacement app that I can open when waiting somewhere, but I can also easily close and step away from. The puzzles are the right amount of challenging, and there are no ads so it doesn’t become annoying to play. Just relaxing and comforting and interesting. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Best of the best

*2023-01-27, version 1.0.6*

This was one of the first games I tried on my phone. It never gets old, it is the definition of a great, engaging, entertaining, quick break.

### 5/5 — Great game

*2022-09-05, version 1.0.6*

Similar to “oh hi” in that it requires some basic pattern recognition, and quick thinking. Better than “oh hi” because it’s a bit more complex and requires some math skills. Great way to wake up your brain when competing against the clock.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2017-10-06, version 1.0.5*

Almost as good as oh hi. One thing: I wish I could mark numbers that I’ve satisfied and no longer have to figure out, or that they’d be grayed automatically. (I’d rather mark them myself.)

### 5/5 — Fantastic Game!

*2016-11-22, version 1.0.5*

This game is amazing!

However, a few things:
1) Hints make absolutely no sense...
2) But I've played the game so long, I don't need them...

This leads me to my request: can you make puzzles larger than 9x9?! Just that 9x9 puzzles have become super easy peasy for me now that I have played the game so long. If you did, then I would award this game 6 stars.
