Which was false it was outsourced to people out of the country I’m assuming that knew nothing about our issue. We were told we had 30 days from the salesman to be satisfied or we could get our money back. That was a lie when we cancelled they held 10% said it was in the contract. Do not I repeat do not do business with this company. I would give it 5 negative stars if i could. ### 1/5 — Not working *2025-03-01, version 1.2.1* The app is not working ### 1/5 — Joke of a service *2025-02-28* I opened my own business and I decided to use 1800 accountants to help me file and use them for book keeping through the year. They not only just don’t answer you for over a week at a time. They will schedule a call with you, just to be on the phone for less than 5 mins saying we can’t do them now we need to do them next week (this was Feb 5th so why? She couldn’t tell me) and then our next letting just completely no show you and not call. And since no one from the team or the administration will answer me back. I was charged 3k for literally f8cking nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE *2025-02-24* I hate leaving bad reviews so just know that I only leave them if I feel it’s absolutely necessary. This company is a complete joke. The sales rep I spoke with first sold me services that I did not need and couldn’t even use, but I didn’t know that up front and he knew nothing about taxes. The turnover is constant and, when someone leaves the company who was assigned to you, there’s nobody that steps in to make sure you’re taken care of. You’ll send countless messages all for them to go ignored. My taxes weren’t filed by the deadline despite me doing everything that was required of me with plenty of time. I’ve put in multiple tickets for issues and don’t receive a call back. When I finally get through to someone, I’ve been told 3 times now that I’d be receiving a call back from a manager and never got one. There have been multiple accountants I’ve spoken to that couldn’t answer basic questions about taxes. I have asked for a partial refund because of how disappointing my service has been and all they’ll do is issue me a 10% discount on renewing my service for next year rather than making it right for how horrible the service has been. Please don’t make the same mistake as me. This company is awful and is not deserving of your money. ### 1/5 — SCAM!!! RUN *2025-01-10* My business partners and I set up our first appointment with the team. They had a trained sales professional lead a devised presentation that sounded great on the phone, however they pressured us with sales techniques to push out a 3k payment to ensure their services. After a couple days we were scheduled with a “tax consultant” who was 30 minutes late and had no information about our company on file. After 5 minutes of conversation he pressured us to release our personal information I.e. SSN and other tax information. On top of it all he did seem to be outsourced labor with “no knowledge of how the tax system works”. CROOKS that will steal your money and provide no service. ### 1/5 — Do not do taxes here! *2024-11-12, version 1.2.0* These guys are a scam, they will waste your time and overcharge you for something you can do with turbo tax or H&R Block! Would not recommend to even a business rival. ### 1/5 — Terrible experience! *2024-03-22* This app is an absolute nightmare. Not only does it constantly log me out every time I try to use it, but it's basically just a glorified web browser. What's the point of downloading an app if all it does is redirect you to a website? It's like they didn't even bother to create a native application. Save yourself the frustration and just skip this app. This app is a waste of time and space on my phone. Highly disappointed. ### 1/5 — Quality of App = Horrible *2024-03-05* Signed up as I just formed my LLC and wanted assistance. While the sales team might be nice. Their software is horrible. App constantly glitches, doesn’t “automatically” track miles like they claim. Always logs out and has issues. Would use another provider. Or do it yourself. ### 1/5 — Awful :( *2023-10-12* App doesn’t work properly at all. I just drove 64.6 miles and it calculated 17.6??? With my phone unlocked, open and screen on with the app open and running the mileage gps tracker. The old app was amazing…this one doesn’t work if you minimize the app, close/lock your phone, change your screen…it’s ridiculous. I have lost a week of mileage tracking that I now have to go back and add manually all because y’all changed the app. NOT A FAN, please fix this yall!!!! ### 1/5 — Gps keeps crashing. *2023-10-12, version 1.0.2* GOS feature won’t work. Do not trust your business or your finances with this service. Absolute scam ### 1/5 — Do not under any circumstances trust this company with your finances *2026-04-20, version 1.2.8* They actively lie to you and will not file your paperwork on time leaving you with penalties and getting hold of them is next to impossible. ### 1/5 — Constantly crashes *2026-04-16* I’ve never had to delete and re-add an app so many times in order to get it to work to submit expenses. ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE *2026-03-16* They do not follow through on their word. Never had any help or got any service from them in the 6 months I was there. I was tossed between 3 different accounts who kept canceling and rescheduling my appointments. Never got any help or service from them and will not issue a refund even though they are the ones that didn’t do their job. I’d put negative stars if I could. ### 1/5 — Rip Off *2026-02-18* Each month I seem to be assigned a new tax advisor. They do not seem to know anything previously discussed, do not respond to messages and I get conflicting information. After four months have got nowhere. Fo not pay them any money. ### 1/5 — Do not reccomend *2026-02-10* Do not reccomend, literally hire somewhere in your town would be a lot better, if I had a question I would literally wait hours for a response or have to schedule an appointment with the accountant. I should not have to start and stop a trip manually. ### 1/5 — Do not use *2025-10-02* This is just a scam company with a website. They will change you $4k and then do nothing of value. They give you meetings at the start to make it seem like they are going to do everything and then you never hear from them again. ### 1/5 — Fails to authenticate *2025-07-22* Constantly have to delete the app and reinstall to get it to work. Runs for a couple weeks max, then fails to fully load. Just keeps spinning and times out with an error message. ### 1/5 — Please stay away from these scammers *2025-06-18* Billed me to file my taxes. Got ghosted. Then missed tax filing deadline. Then rushed through and filed wrong after BBB complaint by me. Now refusing to provide refund since they claim the wrong filing as “providing the services that they were paid for”. Have to keep setting up biometric for easy access to login. They haven’t provided useful update to app in years.
