## What is 1% Better?

One question. A moment to reflect. A clearer view of your progress.

1% Better helps you check in each day: did you move forward, stay the same, or take a step back? Choose Yes, Same, or No and build a private history of your days.

CHECK IN IN SECONDS
A calm, focused Home screen keeps your daily check-in simple.

SEE THE BIGGER PICTURE
Explore your growth-index chart, review your week, and revisit past days in a calendar or list. Consecutive Yes or Same days count toward your streak; No or a missed completed day breaks it.

UNDERSTAND YOUR SCORE
The growth index starts at 1.00×. Yes adds 1%, Same leaves it unchanged, and No subtracts 1%. It is an illustrative reflection score, not a measurement of personal worth or a prediction.

KEEP CONTROL OF YOUR HISTORY
Start without an account, export CSV or JSON backups, and restore a JSON backup when needed. Optionally sign in to sync across devices, with visible sync status and conflict handling. Account deletion is available in Settings.

MAKE IT YOUR OWN
Follow your device’s appearance or choose light/dark mode. Set optional daily check-in and weekly recap reminders.

Small steps. Visible progress.
