Great hotel. Terrible tech. It’s basically useless. Don’t bother installing. Like a C college student wrote it

I’ve tried multiple times to use this app. From the app I can’t log on with an account that created through the app. When o go to the website for SH hotels, there isn’t even a member logon page to try to do this online. I can’t even find a link for online help with the app out setting up an account. Hence I’m leaving this review with hopes that someone replies. 

I’m very confused?  Is this a loyalty program?  A way to manage my multiple reservations?
