## What is 1% Lock?

Not for everyone. A lock app and a social feed, for people who actually want to change.

1% locks the apps you choose — and turns the time you stayed away into a record you can see.

■ Put the phone down
· Timer — decide how long you're focusing, then lock
· Schedule — pick days and hours, and it locks itself
· Place — arrive somewhere you've saved, and it locks itself

While a lock is running, the apps you picked won't open. Try one and you'll see the goal you wrote for yourself.

■ When you want to scroll, come here
Focus breaks. You want to look at something. Open 1% and you'll find people fighting the same fight — studying, training, working. Only posts from people actually doing the work. Nights out and entertainment don't make it past the AI review.

■ The time you held out becomes a number
· Total time locked
· Day streak
· Lock completion rate (how often you finish the locks you start)
· Your rank and top % among everyone

Keep going and the numbers grow. Quit early and that's on the record too.

■ About the subscription
· Plans: monthly, yearly, or one-time purchase
· Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
· Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period
· Cancel anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
