The app itself handles everything and the representatives that 1+1 works with are exceptional. Harriet is one of my favorites to speak with when using the app. I had a few issues with the app itself and their team got it fixed and it’s much more efficient. It’s only been 8 months since I started helping Shaton but I can surely say that it was a “joyful-ride”. She was so pleasant and a wonderful 80?year old lady with Parkinson’s. Just last week she entered a full care facility and hopefully she will adjust well into this new environment. I thank all the members of 1plus1 for taking good care of me and my clients Hito and Sharon for the last 8 months.
