### 4/5 — Can be fun

*2019-05-05, version 4.0*

It helps you learn how to make trade decisions.

**Developer response:** Hello, the apps are back online this morning. We apologize for the inconvenience. It would mean a lot to us if you reconsider your rating.

### 4/5 — Fun app

*2017-01-24, version 2.5*

Enjoy the app so far.

### 5/5 — Hone your charting skills

*2015-11-17, version 1.2*

Good for the technician wanting to compare skills against others. Five stars for the effort!

### 5/5 — Fun, entertaining and a eye opening learning experience/

*2015-11-13, version 1.2*

Great app to give instantaneous feedback on how you do as a trader while also entertaining you and putting none of your Capitol at risk.

### 5/5 — Fun Ap

*2015-11-09, version 1.2*

Fun application to play. Hopefully they are still developing and improving trading game options. Emailed some feedback but either no one reads or cares to respond. Still fun to compete with others.

### 4/5 — Cool idea

*2015-09-08, version 1.1*

I really like the intentions of the app developers here. Looking forward to using it, testing myself, and seeing how my trading strategy (and the app) evolves.

### 5/5 — Brilliant

*2015-09-02, version 1.1*

This is a great app. I primarily use it to hone my trading skills without any risk.

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2015-08-21, version 1.0*

This is a great app. For testing your chart reading skills. Each day you are given a new stock to trade. After you place your trade then you get to see how the rest of the community traded the stock.

### 5/5 — Awesome!!!

*2015-08-19, version 1.0*

Great App, 'One' gives you a stock ticker every morning that you have 5 days to decide to buy or short. And then 5 days to close trade. Community based trade signals but completely clutter free. You don't have to go into each ticker to see trades & signals, everything can be seen at a glance on 1 screen. Trading takes 1 second, just tap HUGE ORANGE rectangle & hit buy(long) or sell(short)!!! That review must be for another app. Lol

Also, picks pop up on Apple Watch & gives reminder when it's last day to close trade. Same top quality as other missingSTEP apps, not glitchy!!!

### 5/5 — I Beta tested One

*2015-08-12, version 1.0*

And liked it because I could test my chart reading skill on stocks not familiar to me without having to use a paper trading account. Also, One is a community based app getting input from other One app users and finding out how I rate in comparison with other traders on the same stocks.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Junk app to don’t trust any recommendations there

*2022-02-18, version 4.0*

App designed to steal away your money. Play for fun( don’t waste your time to these developers). Not trustworthy.

### 1/5 — Unreliable company

*2019-07-14, version 4.0*

The développer of this family of apps practices quite dubious business ethics. I had paid good money for the non pro versions of the apps, and they removed support for them. I am not going to pay again, twice the price, to upgrade to pro versions, particularly with the perspective the dev will some day remove them as well again without bothering to provide his customers with a discounted upgrade price! Do yourself a favor: stay away from “Missing Step”, where the key word goes “Missing”!

**Developer response:** None of that is true. Nobody had to pay twice, and no one lost their paid access. The transition from old to new apps that you're talking about (which, by the way, was over 6 years ago) was a one time process, and anyone that paid for the old versions had their access transferred to the new versions. All users were notified about this on multiple occasions through email, push notification, and in-app message. You may contact our support team at support@missingstep.com

### 1/5 — Not worth anything

*2015-11-01, version 1.2*

Does nothing but express opinions of a large group.

### 1/5 — Not worth to use

*2015-08-21, version 1.0*

Last few days I tried amid market severe downturn.
It didn't predict anything right. The community signals were ridiculously off the real world. In addition 5 day rule makes worse.
Not worth time you spend on this app. Don't trust this app, or you lose your money. I want my money back spent on trying this app. It's only $0.99, yet it is a lot of money for this app.

### 1/5 — This is their worst app ever!

*2015-08-14, version 1.0*

If there's a way to add a trade, I've yet to find it. Completely useless. I want my money back!

### 2/5 — Ok

*2020-02-25, version 4.0*

They give you crappy stocks to trade and expect a profit?

### 3/5 — It's Instructive

*2016-02-03, version 1.4*

This tool is interesting and instructive in its implementation of competitive paper trading. Clearly I'm no good at it.
I do wish that the developers would put more thought in to the UI as I find it cumbersome to navigate to areas such as the score card and such. Also I find the implementation of the charting and indicators to be only marginally useful (a trait shared across their suite of tools).
That being said, I use and enjoy this application.

### 3/5 — One Stock

*2016-01-10, version 1.4*

Many of the picks haven't panned out but to be fair, we're in a "down market".

### 3/5 — It's cool

*2015-11-30, version 1.2*

Wish they'd give me more time until asking me to rate if.

### 3/5 — Needs more reliable picking

*2015-11-29, version 1.2*

Overall performance satisfactory

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — !

### 5/5 — From John

*2021-04-18, version 4.0*

All of my apps are NOT working, please fix. I have been a client for years.

Fixed, thank you. This app keep you astute.

**Developer response:** Hello, the apps are back online this morning. We apologize for the inconvenience.

### 5/5 — Very effective app

*2017-07-27, version 2.8*

This will become perhaps the best app in the investment/trading community. Very simple to use and it makes so much sense to focus on one stock a day, and nothing else. Genius!

### 5/5 — Great App

*2017-07-27, version 2.8*

I really like the Apps

### 5/5 — Paper trade as an active trader

*2017-03-21, version 2.5*

Great app for testing out your skills in short term trading. The app makes you buy/sell stocks within 5 days. It's great practice for training active trader mindset. Could also be used to train for day trading.

### 5/5 — Great app for traders!

*2016-10-25, version 2.1*

This is a great app for traders, not only to look at a variety of different stocks, but a chance to see what a large community of traders think the stock will do over a shorter, swing trading style, period of time. Plus it allows you to compete against other like minded individuals.

### 5/5 — Fun and a learning experience

*2016-08-23, version 1.14*

I really enjoy this app because it not only expands my interest in stock-picking but it teaches me how to spot short-term trends in stock prices on both an upward (long) and downward (short) basis. Highly recommend to any student of the markets, especially the young.

### 5/5 — Enjoy it

*2016-07-14, version 1.13*

I enjoy playing around with this app. I don't trade stocks, but I enjoy it.

### 5/5 — bump app

*2016-02-27, version 1.6*

amazing but not good tips

### 5/5 — Highly recommend

*2016-02-16, version 1.4*

This is a great app but it is not a spoon feeding app. The creators choose
"1 stock a day" for the community to decide
INDIVIDUALLY at what point they wish to enterer a long or short position. The trader then has five days to close the trade. Any trades that make a 0.15 percent profit of greater are considered successful trades.
This app requires the user to analyze the chosen equity using any and all information that is available and to make a choice to go short or or long. The user then monitors the stock and gets immediate feedback as to how proficient they are at stock movement prognostication. Fun , Free and provides valuable no risk trading experience. I love this app and highly recommend .
