Установлена предыдущая версия программы, до последнего времени прекрасно работала на стареньком айпаде с iOS 10. Прогноз погоды показывала. Но, видимо перестала поддерживаться разработчиками и больше не работает. Последнее обновление программы было в 2019, видимо, под удаление.
