Other times it glitches and takes the deposit and doesn’t provide the code which is really annoying!!! They blocked my account without providing any explanation. I have called multiple times to find out what happened, but no one gives me a clear answer. I also contacted the AD support team several times, and every time they tell me they do not know why my account was blocked. No one is willing to explain the reason or help resolve the issue. The customer service is extremely poor. They do not communicate with their customers or provide the support they should. How do I create an account or contact service? ### 1/5 — Charged Twice, No Fuel, No Refund *2026-06-29, version 1.3.14* I tried to purchase diesel through the app, but the pump never worked and I received no fuel. Customer support told me to try again, so I did. The second attempt failed as well, and I was charged twice on my debit card. Now they’re telling me to wait 5 business days for the money to be returned. Why should I have to wait when your app or the pump didn’t work in the first place? Charging customers immediately for a transaction that never happened is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. Called their foreign call center & they basically said they are are aware of the issue. Try uninstalling & reinstalling the app. If that doesn’t work, just please be patient. So big waste of time for nothing so far… ### 1/5 — Pending charges for days *2026-08-06, version 1.3.15* Fair warning to anyone wanting to use this app. There will be fuel stations that you visit through the guidance of the 10-4 by WEX app and the app will tell you to enter your code at the fuel pump after you preauthorize a selected amount of fuel. A-lot of these fuel stations require you to go in and give your code to the cashier so when you are following the app’s directions and entering it into the fuel pump it will activate the pump to work but when you go to add fuel to your tank your transaction will be cancelled as soon as you pull the trigger and the pre authorized amount that could be anywhere from $250 - $2000 with be held as a pending transaction for multiple days. I have had to wait an entire week for my funds to be released back into my account and 10-4 by WEX support group will do almost nothing to speed up the process. It’s first time in my life when they refuse to connect me with a supervisor or manager. They can’t fix the easy problem, I am not work in It, but is a sure they don’t have any tester and no body works with the data base here. They can’t fix my email ( because accidentally I put double n in my email.
