However, I’d prefer to have flash cards and the ability to reset progress—so I could start fresh again. ### 3/5 — Learn words *2026-02-10, version 1.3.18* The app is ok, nothing you couldn’t get by googling words and listening to their pronunciation. I wouldn’t waste time paying for the subscription. There are probably better apps out there to better learn Spanish. ### 3/5 — Jury is out *2025-12-05* I’m still in the 7 day trial period. So far I like the UI and approach to learning. What I find confusing is that what drew me to the app were the ads talking about mastering the 3000 most common words and phrases used in Spanish before digging into grammar, and so far this app has me learning *very* uncommon vocabulary like “knitwear” “mole” and “blueberry.” If this is what the next 2 lessons look like then I will be cancelling. **Developer response:** Thank you for giving the app a try! The vocabulary is organized by topics, and some topics naturally include more specialized words. Be careful, they will charge you £70 *2025-11-18, version 1.3.16* Downloaded this app and I didn’t like it. Found it clunky and other apps were easier to use. I’ve then discovered that the app has automatically signed me up for a payment of £69.99 for something I didn’t want or use after the trial. I cancelled the trial and still got charged. Apple claim their decision is final and will not refund me the money. Ich hab das 7-tägige Probeabzug nur abgeschlossen, weil ich gehofft hatte die App hätte auch etwas zu bieten, und dann stornieren wollen, weil ich nicht den Sinn darin sehe Geld zu bezahlen für das lernen von ein paar Vokabeln, was ich woanders viel besser kostenlos machen kann. However I was charged the full amount immediately on signing up. The only way to learn is to use the words in context, by forming and listening to complete sentences. Tried to cancel/refund but to no avail. Not sure what happened on my end but felt a bit scammy as I was never asked for a subscription.
