## What is 10?

10-Second Reset is a minimal app for writing down what upset you once, then letting it disappear instead of keeping it.

- Start writing right away in a large text field
- Tap once to begin the 10-second countdown
- Cancel during the countdown if needed
- No restore after the countdown finishes
- Text is discarded immediately when the app leaves the foreground
- No ads, no account, one-time purchase

Your text is not saved. There is no history, list, search, sharing, or export flow. Only lightweight preferences are stored locally, and those settings may sync across your own devices through iCloud when available.

This app is not intended for medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or crisis-support use.
