The hundred year athlete program has been incredible to my day today. Are used to lift in a program 15 years ago. I stopped doing that and have struggled to get back on any sort of program. The app is incredible and my trainer is so helpful. 

Videos of how to do the workout, tracking, and the convenience of being able to chat with my trainer.
