История обращений не фиксируется в мобильном приложении, никаких регистрационных номеров на эл.почту или в смс не приходит. Не возможно узнать обращения рассматриваться или нет, что очень выгодно клубу, можно не отвечать. Прошу доработать этот функционал. ### 2/5 — Покупка занятий *2024-04-12* При записи через расписание на коммерческую группу, система дает дойти до кнопки купить через выбор опции с количеством занятий, и если у тебя не были дополнительно куплены занятия через магазин, выдает ошибку. Прикрутить кнопку купить к программному коду оплаты - 2 минуты. Создать всплывающее окно с инструкцией, что нужно сначала купить занятия через магазин тоже не долго. Но зачем тогда останется опции по выбору оплаты через расписание? Наверняка каждый второй посетитель приходит с этой проблемой. И тратит время на разъяснения. Это портит имидж вашего заведения ### 1/5 — Ходить почти не на что *2022-07-16* Продлевала карту и брала на максимальные сроки только из-за занятий по хай хиллс. Еще и подругам советовала, многие пришли по моей рекомендации. И что в итоге? Препод ушла из этого зала, замену не ставят и не ищут. Многие девочки писали бумажки-просьбы найти нового препода по этому направлению - реакции ноль! Реально в зале стало нечем заниматься лично мне. Скукота. Другие танц.направления в разы слабее того, что давала Подсотская Екатерина. Слабее по драйву, эффективности, удовольствию. То ли не работает, то ли им все равно на клиентов ### 1/5 — Личный кабинет не доступен *2021-08-07* В обновлённом приложении нет доступа к личному кабинету, после ввода мобильного телефона смс-код для входа так и не пришёл ### 1/5 — Не могу войти в личный кабинет *2021-08-02* При попытке войти в личный кабинет (чтобы смотреть расписание и записываться на тренировки) выдаёт ошибку в системе Fitpass (код ошибки 1002).
