I also don’t love how much work I lose when the app crashes. I’ve learned to exit the game frequently to try to avoid losing my work. Great for puzzle enthusiasts, but glitchy. I just finished a puzzle but 2 pieces disappeared and don't show up anywhere! Plus it stinks you can't clear the pieces back into the tray like other puzzle apps. That makes usability a bit annoying on a limited sized screen. First it takes about 3-4 hours for the puzzle store to download. If your device happens to go to sleep then the download stops and you have to start over. Second there are many pages with about 20 or so puzzle packs per page. If you change to a different page after downloading the store it takes another hour for the page to update. Third if you see a puzzle pack you might like then its another hour for the pack to download. If you like the pack and wish to download that’s another hour. And during all of this if your device goes to sleep you lose everything and have to start over. Your device is locked up until the various downloads are complete. To make it worse if you check your email or use any other app while the download is happening you have to start over. All but a few of the collections say "coming soon," so if you're not satisfied with the few that are available, too bad. It also looks as if there won't be all that many collections, even if the game ever does get up and running. Pieces are too big, good for a child but I like a challenge. ### 2/5 — Movements and touches do not respond properly *2015-03-25, version 2.1.7* The app is ok as far as puzzle piece number goes, but the reaction when touching pieces to move them on the board or off the tray leaves a lot to be desired. A major issue is that the piece tray keeps scrolling after you try to stop it to remove a piece. Not just a little. It is to the point that it is a big frustrating annoyance. It is like you have a ball on an angled board and you are trying to keep it from rolling. It just keeps moving. Also, the puzzle needs an option to secure it to the surface so that when you are trying to move a piece near a completed section that the puzzle is not dragged. You need a secure on/off option for the puzzle so you can move it when needed, but a default to a fixed position. I am probably going to delete because that tray that won't stop scrolling is a huge annoyance. The developer needs to fix all reactions from touching. I will not purchase any puzzles until it is fixed. I hope the developer fixes these issues because I like the way the pieces are. ### 3/5 — Great app, but a new problem! *2023-03-23, version 7.5.5* I’ve used this puzzle app for several years and enjoy uploading my own photos. However, today I got an ad(which isn’t new), but the ad won’t go away. I can’t get past it to any puzzle. The app isn’t useful if it freezes on the initial ad! I find theses so relaxing and so much choice and beautiful images. I always do 1400 pieces.
