I got a newer iPad and uploaded this app and I am so disappointed. It freezes, drops moves, resets without warning. Love doing jigsaw puzzles. But, the new format, not so much. Don’t like the pieces on bottom. Prefer the side. The background for the pieces slides around when trying to move from bottom to work puzzle or the screen is never big enough to accommodate the pieces. Therefor, I will have to delete the app I love the most. Seniors do not like change and this was too big of a change. Even send emails asking about this issue and never got a reply. That is poor service. That iPad eventually broke and it was a while before I finally got my current iPad mini six. I remembered this app and re-downloaded it only to find that it no longer fits the screen of the iPad and hasn’t been updated in four years. It’s a shame because it was a really great app. It’s one of the only ones that doesn’t require a subscription and offers over 1000 pieces. I wish the developer would come back and update this app so that it fits the screen of the iPad because it has so much potential. It was not doing that initially. I have done at least 100 puzzles without a problem. This has just been happening for the last month or so. I had even gotten two more sets of similar puzzles by the same maker, and the same server is down. The little wheel spins around and around and around, getting nowhere, then up pops the message that the server can't be reached, and you should try back later. How many more days is this going to keep happening? How many "laters" are there going to be? No point in getting these puzzles if you can't add any more. ### 3/5 — Love but have 2 big issues *2020-06-15, version 2.3.27* I love this app however the 2 issues I have is 1 the side tray is so small that you can’t see the pieces & 2 the completed parts of the puzzle don’t lock so if you touch it by accident it moves. And if you have put some puzzle pieces around the completed part & a piece locks on top of those pieces, you have to move the entire puzzle to get to the other pieces that are now hidden underneath the completed pieces. You get a big red exclamation point every time you try. Send feedback, ask why, radio silence. They never respond to help or information requests, and they never fix the issue. It’s frustrating to be offered multiple free puzzle packs only to have the install blocked.
