Latest update of Mind controller crashes continually on opening. I am now unable to access server and my music ...!!!!

Phone app needs sorted
Compared to competitors the Mind app needs upgraded. The phone app is not a good use experience. The biggest issue is when selecting tracks or albums through your personal.list on Tidal it takes you back to the beginning again and not where you had scrolled to. Very annoying. The queue can’t be turned off and he app keeps defaulting to it which is also a pain. Navigation is also not easy. Take a loom a Voluminio or the Lunin app. I sold m Moon Neo Ace because I as such a bad user experience. Simaudio spend some money and upgrade to a better app!

Excellent - reliable and easy to use
I’ve found version 2.04 to be excellent. It is ‘rock solid’ and maintains connection to my MiND brilliantly as well as being easy to use. I particularly like how it shows you the details of the music playing in terms of resolution details (useful for files which are better than CD).
Problems resolved with version 2.04
Previous versions were unacceptably bad. My iPad did not connect with my streamer/DAC. Given the price of the hardware the App needed improvement. After contacting the company and my dealer, and after the arrival of version 2.04 all appears to have been resolved, as it is working flawlessly with my Mind 2 780D. I can’t speak for its functioning with legacy products but it is to Simaudio’s credit that they re endeavouring to make it backwards compatible. And what glorious sound......

Where is the testing before release?
Been using previous MiND app version 1.35 with my iPhone just fine to play music via my media server. Upgrade to 1.4 and now no media server being displayed in the app. My iPad still has v1.35 and its working fine so please fix the issue with the latest version as I’ve no means to rollback my iPhone to the previous version.

Terrible update
With this latest update, the network Media servers are no longer accessible through the app, turning the Moon Mind into an expensive rock. This app needs an urgent fix.

Buggy and clumsy
Buggy, crashes a lot and struggles to connect with my Ace. It is astonishing that such a great audio hardware make makes such poor software.
