Minimum bid

Maybe I’m just cheap, but minimum bid starting at $179 was just a waste of my time downloading this app. I was expecting some options in the $20-$50 range, and no minimum bid… And sure, maybe there are airlines without minimum bids, but this app was rated 4.9 stars so my expectations were high, and I was let down.

Please note that starting bids are set by our airline partners and vary based on several factors, including route, seasonality and cabin type etc. We do offer auctions with starting bids in the range you mentioned, and often even lower, depending on the airline. We appreciate your input and hope you'll give us another try in the future, as we'd love to help you get upgraded!

As mentioned in our app, upgrade availability in a SeatBoost auction depends on several factors, including last-minute bookings, cancellations, and 'no-shows.' Even if there’s only one bidder, upgrades are awarded based on the available seats determined at the end of the auction. It's important to note that SeatBoost never withholds upgrades based on the number of bids or the amount offered. We encourage you to try again for a future flight as we'd love the chance to help you score a great deal on an upgrade!

Brand Representative help

I am flying from Europe to USA on condor. One of the new routes that’s been open. It is impossible to get any help from customer service, no numbers, no online help, no one answers on social media (Instagram). Luckily when I arrived at the airport there was a representative in Frankfurt airport (Natalia). She was amazing, calm and knowledgeable. Answered every question I had since I am new to the SeatBoost app. After speaking with Natalia I was confident in the app and how it works. Very thankful to find her at the airport since there is no online help or over the phone. 5 star for Natalia, the help with the app should be a different rating.

Great Opportunity!

We downloaded the app for our flight back from Germany to the US, we were able to upgrade to have more room and drinks included. It was super affordable! The app is very easy to use. Would suggest downloading to at least try it out!
