Easy and fun upgrade experience!
I used this app on my recent flight from Lisbon to Newark. It was so fun and easy to use! The instructions were great and really clear, and I loved the graphics. Even better, I won! My lie-flat seat with comfy pillow and huge blanket, delicious food and wine, and giant TV screen made for a very enjoyable 8 hour flight! If this app is available on your flight, I 100% recommend!

Was a really great opportunity to upgrade for a fantastic deal! Sadly we did not win but the process was easy and fun!! They had very nice reps at the gate explaining the process which was really helpful. I would definitely do this again especially since it’s so discounted !!
High Flying
Was able to get an upgrade on my flight to Portugal at a sweet deal. Who doesn’t like a deal and get to tout their victory on the leader board? I only hope they continue to roll it out across other routes as well.
Anniversary Vegas boost seat upgraded
Well at first I thought wow this is brilliant never been in first class sounded great drinks snacks more leg room waited on and good price in auction only two of us bidded for first class two girls bidded for business class we all won then they end up in first class but paid for business 😡 so that started us off not happy then when boarded plane we got a drink when we sat down one when in air snacks where limited i.e. Ran out of things and we never saw our concierge again when we where told she was for first class passengers only spoilt my start to my celebrations 🎉 Won't be doing again felt robbed
