Won but didn’t get any upgrade
I won in the auction but they said they didn’t have any available upgrades. What was the point of bidding then? Why would there even be an auction if no upgrades were available. Save your time and don’t bother with this app.

I was gonna fly with an economy with air Portugal. But then the staff of Seatboost -Lisbon Team came to me and recommended this amazing app where I can bid for a business class for an 8 hour flight just for less than 500 euros. And I was immediately down and eventually I won the bid and got the seat. Amazing experience!!!!

It was quick and easy to use. Low stakes too because if you don’t win you don’t have to pay for the seats anyway. I’d definitely recommend.
