Happy customer.

I liked it certainly more than using quarters. It does warn you a little too early that your load is done but I always set an alarm when I’m doing laundry on my phone. When I didn’t need their service anyone, I emailed them in the evening and got refunded promptly the next day as well as an email confirming it. Definitely worth it in my opinion.

Really pleased :)

Had an issue with my apartment’s washer so I was charged twice for my laundry. Cleartoken refunded me super fast. I’m really appreciative. Thank you!

Security Issues

I’d rate this considerably higher but to this old guy there is a serious problem. The developer seems to want you to fund the account using public networks. I have no intention of making my credit card information available on such.

You also don’t fund through the app itself, but by going to the website. An unnecessary annoyance.

Great Service!

We had to wash LOADS of clothes this past weekend and were so happy to not have to deal with quarters! ClearToken is easy to use and I will most definitely use this service again.

Attentive Customer Service

The customer service was quick and easy. While the app has its limitations, like not notifying exactly when you’re laundry is done and not a intuitive and well-designed user experience (I’m a UX Designer), contacting and getting a response from customer service was easy and seamless.

So far so good! I like this method of doing laundry a lot! No quarters, no having to wait for office hours to have payment card loaded.

Plus... I mistakenly chose a dryer that was not working, sent an email, and quickly got my money returned.

Beside several machines being down ( which may be someone else’s responsibility) I’m loving the convenience. Super easy to understand and use. Love that it sends a text when load is completed. A laundry revolution, lol!!!

Handy

This app works well for me in my buildings laundry room. Easily add value with my card if I’m low, and selecting a machine to use through the app is so simple a 4-year-old could do it.
WARNING (I guess?): Sometimes, just sometimes, when you select a machine it doesn’t register right away, and so you select it again, and then you’ve just paid double. If I had to guess I’d say it has to do with temporary spottiness with the Internet. So if you’re machine doesn’t register right away like it usually will, just give it a minute. Well I was pretty ticked off when that happened. I messaged customer support, and they had a credit to my account within minutes. Hence the 5⭐️ instead of a 4⭐️ rating.

Great Customer Service

I sent a message to customer service about a no home not working and paying double for a load. 10 min later I have the amount credited back to me. Super fast and easy.

Frustrating beyond belief

I wouldn’t leave such a scathing review if I already hadn’t reached out for customer support. Here are a few of the highlights:

-When my credit card expired, I could not link a new card to my phone. Had to use my roommate’s phone every time.
-Customer support did not resolve any issues, instead choosing to send me $4 in unsolicited credit.
-One in four machines is always broken or does not receive signal.
-Consistent error where $0.25 is charged but left as balance remaining on machine.

Customer service

So We just had Thai machines installed in the appartments and I had an issue with the dryer
But I contact support and they replay within 24hrs
So it’s ok to have technical difficulties
But it’s great to have a healthy responder back
❤️❤️❤️ the app and so easy to reload and load
* tip : when you hit $2 or whatever virtual coin
Wait a few seconds to Link it and the machine will read the cell device
*****It sends a txt notification awesome 😎 when load is done ✅
