Truly upset! The app freezes constantly. It doesn’t allow me to create a new log in. I purchase the app and its absolutely worthless

It’s so dynamic.. can create PCL’s.. wow!!
I recently started using the Pocketbook Apple my iPhone and learnt from their support team that I can also access this iPad app under the same subscription n credentials.
Assign programs to student book, creates PCL/Interventions and also view reports and graphs.

However, it won't open without a subscription and I can't find any info on how to get a subscription.

I have used this data collection software for over a year now and it has revolutionised the way that my company records, monitors and analyses data. My team love it and it is so easy to use. I trialed a few different softwares before choosing Operant Systems and it was by far the most adaptable and effective. I highly recommend this for any ABA company, big or small!

Just like a notebook, easy to use and fast responding support. My staff really liked the transition to this app.
