  • Server down can’t log in

Don’t count on the app to work. Nothing worse than finding parking during the snow emergency rules, only to have an app that doesn’t work. NOTE: If you are unable to log into the app, try from the web browser on your phone. Click the help button and you’ll eventually get there.
  • Paid to park and still got a ticket

I paid to park for a doctors appointment and still came out to a ticket. I’m out the $2 I paid and over $40 for a ticket. Now the only way to contest the ticket is to go wait downtown. Very unhappy with this app! Will not assist you at all if you get a ticket during a paid session. I have a screenshot showing I still had time left and the ticket time and they still wouldn’t help me. Deleting now!

  • Perfect during bad weather

This is Minneapolis. It snows. It rains. It gets very cold. Who wants to walk down to the street-side payment machine (if you can find it) and stand in the rain or snow or cold while navigating a menu with your gloves on? Or, worse yet, wait until the person in front of you at the payment machine figures out how to use it? This easy-to-use app lets me just pull into a parking space, stay in my warm & dry car, bring up the app, enter the space number and length of time I want to park there, and start it. What could be easier? And if I run over the scheduled time period, it texts me a warning and I can extend the period right from the app - wherever I am. No need to go back to the car. If I forgot where I parked, it even shows me on a map! If a 25 cent transaction fee scares you away, don’t bother with the app. But it’s a trivial charge to save time and stay warm and dry for me.

  • Really great app

There are a lot of typical junk reviews below.

My experience couldn't be better: rolled up, entered parking spot number, entered how long I wanted to park and that was it. App sent a few useful reminders as my session was about to expire.

Happy to pay the trivial fee if $0.25 for how easy this was.

  • Great App

I love this app. It works perfectly. I had to laugh at the reviewer who gave it one star because he couldn't remember his own password. I would give the reviewer one star, but I wouldn't blame the app. Then there was the reviewer who complained because there is a $0.25 charge per transaction. If it's too expensive, don't use it, but that doesn't make it a bad app. This app provides a service you cannot get by paying at the meter. You do not need to return to the meter to add more time. Very nice if you've gone to dinner and underestimated how long it would take. Just add 15 or 30 minutes with a few clicks while seated at dinner. Tell me that isn't worth $0.25.

  • Don't forget your password

It works great until you forget your password. If so, you are up the creek. I've tried everything and can't get help from the vendor at all. I can't register with a different mail account because it only allows one account per phone number. The app has some serious bugs that need to be resolved for forgot password function by text using the mobile phone number and the reset by email function. I've emailed their support address and I guess my message goes into a black zen desk hole. Customer service is an F.

  • Never fumble at a meter station again

Essential app if you park a car in Minneapolis. Type in the meter number from inside your car, avoiding that dismal experience when you're stuck behind someone who can't operate the meter station. Get warnings when your meter is about to expire, extend time on the same meter. Well worth the 25¢ per use fee.
