We're sorry to hear you had trouble getting matched! We've matched hundreds of mentors and mentees, but unfortunately not everyone is guaranteed a match. Matches are determined by mentees' professional interests & available mentors. Your account was not deleted, but sometimes what happens is if you log in using a different email account or verification method (e.g. Apple ID or Google) this will create a new account. The new account will not have any info filled out so it may appear your previous account was deleted. All you need to do is log out and log back into your original account!
