It autoplays obtrusive audio of off-screen ads even if my phone is on silent, you can’t swipe to go back on pages, and even though every page is riddled with ads it pops up and locks the app for 5-10 seconds to display ANOTHER ad every 2-3 stories. The dizzying autoscroll it performs when you navigate back to the home screen is actually the worst UI design I’ve ever experienced in person. In an age where anyone with $100 can pay someone to design an app which is better than this, this stands as an empirical example of American hubris and poor taste. ### 1/5 — Format *2026-03-31, version 5.0.4* Don’t like it.
