Horrible App
Constantly crashes and fails to login. The only fix is to delete the app and add again...per Lead Bank. Like the bank, hate their technology

The worst app I've ever used. Every time I need to input my user name, password, and security question. Even if I minimize the window for 1 second I have to go through the entire thing again.
They say it's due to security purposes but my other bank has it figured out like PayPal where I enter a 4 digit code. They also have a time frame where you need to change the password but they don't even prompt you to change it. After entering it incorrectly several times you're locked out and have to wait until business hours to call in to get it fixed. Weekend or at night when you need access and can't is just plain dumb.
I literally opened my other bank app, checked the balances, made a transfer, and logged out in half the time it took just to get logged in to this bank.
I'm actually considering leaving this bank due to the incredible frustration with the app and the website.
