Scam!
My child downloaded this upon losing her Roku remote. She subscribed with intent to cancel. She deleted the app thinking that would cancel it. Well I have been paying for a couple weeks now. App was deleted. No usage on app. So I cancelled subscription when in noticed in the 3rd week. I requested a refund starting the app had no usage and my daughter accidentally subscribed and thought deleting the app would clear the subscription. Apple denied my refund. Please explain to me why I’m not eligible for a refund. It was an error. I didn’t use the app and they request a refund. The app was only used for 1 day through the free rush and deleted from my phone. I feel I’m eligible for a refund. A child cannot authorize a subscription.

Needs some work
Honestly its great when i can use it. Have had it for a year and am hardly able to ever use it cause it wont connect to my tv which is clearly on wifi. Try to disconnect my phone from the wifi and connect again but guess what, ya still doesnt work. It only works when it wants to. Really annoying when i cant find my remote, and i pay for this app for when i misplace the remote, yet i cant use it !!!

Keyboard doesn’t work
I paid for the advanced features so I could use the keyboard to login to an app, guess what, the keyboard doesn’t work, I have to type it all with the remote anyway and now I’ll have to ask for a refund.
Too many ads
If you want to download a remote for your TV to download the official Roku on this one isn’t official so the only way they make money is by getting ads to someone of the official Roku one

I love the remote controller for off my phone to the TV is so cool but the apps on it wouldn’t work. I read a three star because you know it’s not like you know it doesn’t work or anything. It just doesn’t work perfectly but for anything else like for me like turning it up or turning it down or you know pausing it and if I can’t find where I’m remote controller I always hop onto this like right now. I don’t have my remote controller My BrotherMy Brother keep losing it and you know every time we find it he loses it so you know this is why I downloaded the remote control but it doesn’t work often. It doesn’t work amazingly and I love it.
