Great food, not great app
While so convenient to order online, the app freezes a lot and the food is never ready when I’m told it will be. A better alert system would bring it up to a four or five.
Specials not applied
Good app to order, but done of the special deals work on the app. They dont get applied and everytime they cannot scan my barcode at the restaurant so I also lose out on points. This needs to be fixed asap
Service is lacking
Food always tastes great but the employees are never very friendly, always act like they are too busy to talk or welcome me into the store. When I order online the app will say it’s done but the order is never actually ready. Great food but service is a little frustrating

Rewards don’t work
I’ve tried 3 times now to use rewards that I have but I never get them when I pick up the food and then the rewards are done from my account. Really annoying. I dont recommend this at all
Great food, bad protein to bun ratio.
Food is great! Options are delicious. I have one piece of feedback. The meat to bun ratio on both the burgers and chicken sandwiches is bad. Too much bun not enough burger or chicken. Likely there is enough to start with but both are shrinking during the cooking process.
Easy to use and great deals!
Extremely easy to navigate the app and they have great offers on a consistent basis! Love it!
Works great!
Love the new rewards program! The new app works so much better than the old one, easier to navigate and track my orders. Much cleaner aesthetically.
Bad refund policy
I purchased an item and had meat, and then found out it in fact did not have meat when I got home and immediately sent feedback to get my $3 back because I explicitly payed for it, and then I received 15 points instead of $3 on my account or a point value that is at least comparable
Wont allow us to order
I had to wait 10 minutes to make order over phone because the app hasn’t worked. We have had this issue for the past two orders. Love B.GOOD’s food but app and customer service at the new york, latham location needs a lot of improvement.
