Poorly designed and ill-thought out feature set

The calendaring support on this app, one of its primary draws, is absolutely horrendous. I don’t think the app designers/developers have ever actually used a modern calendar system. They require that you view all of your apps in their app, if you want to have a combined view of all of your calendars. They don’t publish their calendars outside of the app. That’s already annoying but if you actually use calendars for work and life and try to view all of them in the app alongside your parenting calendar the whole app bogs down and can’t handle the strain.

Then turn to messaging. Threads with your coparent aren’t searchable. So if you do need to go back and find something, your options are scroll up until you find it, export the thread to PDF or text and search it there. The apps solution, allowing you to bookmark individual messages is a largely useless feature, as you will not remember what you need to look for until after you’ve scrolled away from it.

If I didn’t have to use this app, I wouldn’t. I wish the company would invest as much in making the app useful as they clearly have in lobbying jurisdictions to mandate its use. Now, rest assured they respond with their boilerplate response indicating that they don’t actually care.

This app has potential but the calendar is horrible

Sharing your schedule on the calendar is an absolute nightmare, it takes forever to do and I still get complaints from my ex that I havent shared my calendar. Even though on each event/schedule it says shared with her.
Needs improvement, something similar to microsoft outlook calendar is needed

Co-parent calendar

I love the app overall. I can customize our custody schedule. Add events for each of the kids. Swap days with co-parent. Set alarms for notification. Have a holiday schedule.

I wish I could set up alternating holidays based on year without having to enter it manually.

The BIGGEST GLITCH that needs fixed is the syncing ability with the other coparent. I am the organized one and I entered in everything, the co-parent still is not synced up after weeks of trying. Every-time he’s tried he gets an error. I even tried for him and again an error. This app is null and void if the calendar isn’t shareable with the co-parent. The reason I wanted to this app was so I can link with the coparent relevant events, accurate logging of swapped days, pick ups and drop off - and not risk sharing my personal calendar in Google with my ex. Or even have the risk. If this glitch could be fixed. It would be a 5/5 for me.

I’d give no stars if I could

I’ve been trying to sign up to the app for almost two months now with no success. I can’t even create an account so there for can not even use the app after downloading it. Absolute waste of time. I Am deleting it as I can’t even find an option to contact support without logging in first of which I can not do because I can not create an account.

Needs updating

The app needs to be useable for the chat feature on smart watches. It would be so much handier and better.
Also the chat feature can load slow and make images hard to view.

Zendesk

Unfortunately I have a issue with the app and after 3 days I’ve put my issue on zendesk no reply yet.

The issue is that it seem that with multiple custom parenting schedule it limits for a month a display of 5 but I need more also If I could put reuccurency to every 30 days it would suits my needs.

Lost files, photos and other documents

When scrolling through the chat past documents and photos (as you can imagine very important to track) are being lost, with either a white blank logo or a low res image which when you click to see the contents turns into a white blank page.
I’ve now missed medical appointments as the information was sent via photos that are blank and have an Ex who refuses to send them in another way.
Thank you for making an app where I miss vital medical appointments due to bugs!

Fundamentally Flawed - Abysmal App!!

Using an email login means that this can be passed to anyone. App also allows for multiple logins across devices!!!!!!
Therefore as someone fleeing domestic abuse from multiple family members, they are able to share the login and bombard the victim with further abuse from multiple devices.
A simple mobile number would be far better at holding the perpetrators to account.
Courts naively believe offenders will follow the rules, which is comical to say the least.
This app therefore only empowers abusers without risk of consequences.
Utterly shocking and shameful.
