Good Game But ....
This is a fun game but when I click on a free axe or free anything else, the game does nothing. I guess this is just to force me to buy something.
Pick Axe
I was supposed to receive 140 pick axes from downloading games And completing the task I was asked to complete!! I have been waiting for two days now for them to show up?? Still no pick axes!!

Game won’t open
I have been playing this game for a few years. Now I can’t even get it to open. Gets to nearly loaded and blue bar just stops and nothing happens. Very frustrating. I have looked for updates thinking there may be a bug issues, but there never seems to be any. What’s going on???????

Westbound goldrush
There used to be a version of this game that gave you five pickax a day when you would clean up the little shrubs on the floor I liked that version better I think it was called westbound:gold rush also on the weekend there were special games and challenges where you could win them depending on how you ranked against other players anyone with tonic and coins, in this version it doesn’t seem like he developers care as much as they did in the other version of the game

And if you, certainly do not spend a dime on this game. Like many of the commenters below, Carson's been tinkering with the system for a month or longer. I liked the game, spent money on the game, went far in it. RockYou doesn't mind taking your money, but doesn't provide support for this game. Reporting and deleting this app.

Issues
I love the game I really do but I can not get into the store to do anything. It won't load and hasn't from the past couple of days and from what I see it's not just happening to me. My other issue is how stingy it is with pick axes. I can't afford to pay for them and they never give you any. I play other games just like this and one from the same company and have none of these issues. Please fix or I will delete and I really didn't wanna have to do that.

Don't bother downloading
Westbound has a lot of potential to be really fun, but has a couple of issues that really are disappointing. The first issue is with the game loading. I have had it up to my ears to with the message "Carsons tinkering with the servers". The game will work on one of my devices but not another. I've had to delete the app and reinstall more times than I can count. Also, to expand your territory, you will need axes. Unless you pay for them, it's pretty much a lost cause. I've completed multiple options for the free axes through tap joy, but have yet to receive any. I've contacted them regarding this issue but never received a response. So sad, this game could have been one my favorites.

Can't buy anything!
I've been playing this game a lot recently and for some reason all of a sudden I can't buy anything from the store to complete any of my quests. This started about 5 days ago and I keep looking in the App Store for an update but nothing is happening. I check the store everyday and it just shows the loading wheel forever until I exit out of the store. Can you please fix this?! Cause I literally can't do anything without buying buildings or crops to complete quests. Thank you
