Square point of sale

I brag about this system to all my friends that have debit machines. This is the least expensive system and whenever I have had a problem with the machine which is rare, the square technical team were always so helpful.

New Updated Version is awful!

If youโ€™re a hairstylist donโ€™t get it this! Our notes that contain formulas/personal info on clients/ details on cancellations and info for future appointments are near impossible to find now. Even if you do you canโ€™t see them well or compare old formulas to new. I will go back to a high star rating once this is fixed. Itโ€™s a huge inconvenience for someone who has 4+ years of history in my notes.

Appointment

How do you change booking times? I would like my appointments to be 2 hours and there only 30 mins? Very hard to use.

Account deactivated without further explanation

If I could rate 0 star I will give it to these people. Disappointed, frustrated, annoyed and out of business for more than one week due to their lack of responsibility and accountability with their customers. Only took one transaction to get my account under review. They flagged transaction as possible scam. I cooperated. Provided all information needed, including my company TAX ID, item sold information and even they were requesting some of my customer information. At that point I was actually scared to continue doing business with the client, so I delayed product release until funds were available to transfer in my account. I even told Square that I was scared because all this drama they were creating. Square promised to give an answer in 3 business days which it resulted in more than 10, when I finally called them to get an answer. No answer by phone, found out my account was still inactive, funds unavailable. Received final notice through email a couple minutes later that day that decision was permanent and they could not do more businesses with me. No further explanation. Iโ€™m still waiting to see what will happen with the funds in my account. Go to other company, run away from this scammers, they wonโ€™t have your back when you need them the most

Game Changer

Have been using square for a long time on my mostly mobile business. When I recently decided to take bookings for a fixed location I decided to set up appointments. The ease in which people can now book in has seen an increase in revenue. The app has lost a star due to not supporting the card surcharge like the standard square app. So I do not charge from the appointments app which leaves appointments not officially closed out.

Hopefully this little change could be made very soon.

Amazing app to organize your agenda of your own business

Where is the support/ help

I was really excited when I first sent my application to your organisation Iโ€™ve had many offers from different organisations like Shopify and Tradera and Google Asti open my own shop online and after careful consideration I chose you guys but I feel as if this one makes it sound like youโ€™ll take care of everything as long as I sign up for it but Iโ€™ve had no help whatsoever and I feel as though this particular app is more about appointments, Iโ€™m here trying to build a website and I donโ€™t feel as if weโ€™re in the same page I need some support with this before launch day please have somebody email me or call my mobile as a matter of urgency as I really want this to work I know my niche is one thatโ€™s high in business and extremely lucrative but I also know that my website is far from ready. Then Iโ€™d be able to rate you honestly and fairly so far Iโ€™m still excited but definitely need some support and assistance. Thanks ๐Ÿ™
