    If I could rate 0 star I will give it to these people. Disappointed, frustrated, annoyed and out of business for more than one week due to their lack of responsibility and accountability with their customers. Only took one transaction to get my account under review. They flagged transaction as possible scam. I cooperated. Provided all information needed, including my company TAX ID, item sold information and even they were requesting some of my customer information. At that point I was actually scared to continue doing business with the client, so I delayed product release until funds were available to transfer in my account. I even told Square that I was scared because all this drama they were creating. Square promised to give an answer in 3 business days which it resulted in more than 10, when I finally called them to get an answer. No answer by phone, found out my account was still inactive, funds unavailable. Received final notice through email a couple minutes later that day that decision was permanent and they could not do more businesses with me. No further explanation. I’m still waiting to see what will happen with the funds in my account. Go to other company, run away from this scammers, they won’t have your back when you need them the most

  • Game Changer

    Have been using square for a long time on my mostly mobile business. When I recently decided to take bookings for a fixed location I decided to set up appointments. The ease in which people can now book in has seen an increase in revenue. The app has lost a star due to not supporting the card surcharge like the standard square app. So I do not charge from the appointments app which leaves appointments not officially closed out.

    Hopefully this little change could be made very soon.

  • Where is the support/ help

    I was really excited when I first sent my application to your organisation I’ve had many offers from different organisations like Shopify and Tradera and Google Asti open my own shop online and after careful consideration I chose you guys but I feel as if this one makes it sound like you’ll take care of everything as long as I sign up for it but I’ve had no help whatsoever and I feel as though this particular app is more about appointments, I’m here trying to build a website and I don’t feel as if we’re in the same page I need some support with this before launch day please have somebody email me or call my mobile as a matter of urgency as I really want this to work I know my niche is one that’s high in business and extremely lucrative but I also know that my website is far from ready. Then I’d be able to rate you honestly and fairly so far I’m still excited but definitely need some support and assistance. Thanks 🙏

  • For a year, all freezes constantly

    It deserves a zero. Just use the desktop version which almost never has issues. The app opens and freezes within 3 seconds. Occasionally, you can click on something before it freezes then it renders the app unusable. Closing and restarting doesn’t work, uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t work, closing your phone screen and reopening doesn’t work. I’ve been attempting to use it for the company I work at for a year and every other employee is having the same issue with the app, but not the desktop version of Appointments. Also Appointments doesn’t integrate/communicate in many ways with Square’s other aspects and when features/debugs are requested, Square Appointments says they’ll look into it and then never return your communications. Try doing a quick search and you’ll see that simple feature requests have been asked by hundreds of customers for years (for instance the ability to mark an appointment as paid through invoice) and Appointments has not added them to the system after YEARS of requests. Kinda a bummer.
