Easy setup. Educational instructions for each option. I appreciate the extra flare put into the UI (bears vs. sheep). A utility that would otherwise be sterile and forgettable has been made charming and winsome. Kudos!Arduous
Makes my life a lot more bearable
To be completely honest, I have been running this app for around 5/6 ish months and it’s just so nice to have. You can browse efficiently and then on top of that, make a whitelist for things which get blocked. Beastly app blocker
I used this to block a US website I use regularly which has extreme ads that were highly annoying and overly excessive. So good is this app that it blocks absolutely every ad and pop up. Can't recommend this app highly enough. Brilliant at what it does.Natalie Ahr

Makes Browsing Bearable!
Adverts are forms of spam abused by companies that has became out of control. Pages riddled with ads that take up an entire phone screen are causing people to turn to adblockers. Block Bear Works Like A Charm
Does exactly what it claims to do - No bugs, blocks all ads online, the only ones it does seem to struggle with are facebook and snapchat ads. Sometimes are better than others, but i can live with that.Hello Duke
Useful and Necessary
I’ve noticed a difference in my web experience which is a good thing for me.
I do wish the app was updated more frequently and would be willing to accept a paid high powered (VPN Free) version.wblwhl
Great blocker in a sea of crap
BlockBear has been my godsend. App discovery on iOS is a disaster so once I found BlockBear I was so relieved to stop searching. It is no frills, does what I want, and comes with more cute bears to invade my phone.
I am not a TunnelBear customer (another product by this developer) but that may be my next purchase given the good experience I have had with this.

Unable to activate
I was so excited to download BlockBear and remove all those pesky ads from my life, but alas, once I had downloaded it and activated it, I found I was unable to enable it in my safari settings. I hope that this is simply a temporary problem, and that the Bear will soon be back in action devouring ads.Show lessWhatsupnorton
