Completely wrong.
The scales and app doesn’t work. I had measured my body fat with skin fold callipers and My body percent fat was 18-20 percent. App says my fat percent is 30%, I’m fairly lean and muscular with a cheeky layer of fat around my midriff. My best advice... send the scales back, go to your local gym, ask a personal trainer to take your fat %. They’ll give you sound advice to get you to your goals, stay positive and work slowly but surly to your goals! Don’t take the scales readings at facts! It will dishearten you!

App is limited but works
If you have the scales, you need the app. I can’t change to lbs on the scale, but it displays fine on the app. Also, I would like to rename the devices for Bluetooth. The device works ok, but it would be better if it had options to reset the display and if the app had more options to reset my height, the scale names, etc.

Garbage- doesn’t pair with the app and there’s no instructions or support.
Garbage, wont retrieve password
After using the scale for two months, this incompetent app logged me out and throws an error whenever I try to retrieve my password- it says error 137. I’ve just lost all that tracking. This app is worthless. There is no support. I need to retrieve password ASAP! Why do you not allow fingerprint retrieval? Incompetent ripoff! FIX THIS! You have months of data wasted.

Well it’s unfortunate, at least I have a scale I guess
Don’t bother downloading the app. At least, not this version anyway. Seriously, you won’t be the exception. I’ve entered in my email countless times trying to register and it always just says “try again later”. This blocks off any measurements that the app would display. I guess I still have a scale at any rate...

I wish I could check the app on my apple watch
They have login bugs sometimes, but it usually gets ok in the next update. I only wish they had an app for apple watch so I wouldn’t need my phone to step on the scale and check my status.
Stop measuring everything except weight
Specifically bought this so it would do my BMI, water, muscle etc and it’s stopped showing anything other than my weight on the scales same with the info on the app.
I was hoping with the updates that the problem would be resolved but no, and there’s no one to contact regarding the issue. Not impressed and wouldn’t recommend.

Would recommend
This app has helped me lose weight and change my life. It has some slight issues, and I’m not happy with the recent addition of an advertisement banner, but it’s nothing that would stop me from recommending it to someone else. If they drop the ad, I would give it five stars.

****ISSUE FIXED***
Update i deleted the app, making sure to select not to delete the data from my health app, and then reinstalled. Now it is working perfectly again!

i changed the batteries in the scale 2 weeks ago, and then 2 days ago with the new update, suddenly my app cant sync the data across.
it tells me to stand on the scales and i do, the same as i did every morning for over a year. but now it just sits on the blue “measuring is going on, please stay on scale” and i stand there until the scale turns it self off and after another 10 secs my phone says it cannot find any data to sync.
i’ve reset the scale, unpaired and repaired the scale, restarted my phone, done everything humanly possible except for smash the scale into a thousand pieces (and deleting the app - too scared of losing data even tho i have an account)
i’m convinced this is a app issue and not a scale issue, and that the update has broken the syncing, although i see some people who have had this issue from 1 yr ago also.
it worked perfectly for over a year up until 2 days ago, and now it’s screwed. please fix this asap

Not measuring data and target weight stuck
I have recently been having an issue with target weight where if I click it, the app closes. I reported this today via feedback but coming to the comments I see that people have complained about this >1yr.
When I weigh myself now the app doesn't record the data - it just times it taking a measurement but no result. The scales no longer even serve their purpose I bought them for.
This is not good customer service.
