Worked fine until recent update
Worked well until the update a couple days ago. Now the app won’t communicate with the scale to upload weights.
Scale stopped working after latest iOS update
Scale doesn’t sync anymore with my phone since I updated to iOS 13.5.1 - the scale itself shows me a number but it doesn’t sync with my phone any more, have tried uninstalling the app and re pairing but doesn’t have an effect
Overall happy but need some enhancements
App works, using it for almost a year. Few things to point out though:
1. Profile, when family member uses scales and app reads their data, it sends them to my Health profile which it shouldn't
2. It would be great if website also worked and either in app or website I could export my historical data in csv format
3. Allow trend chart to rotate on the phone - this way it will fit more history
Overall happy, just wish described enhancements were made
Will upgrade my review to 5 stars when support will add described features

‘Bug fix’ was really adding a banner ad
I liked the scale, the UI and the sync feature until the latest ‘bug fix’ that came with an annoying banner ad that blocks data. I paid for the scale and the app came with it. The ‘feedback’ option inside app does nothing. The help is built in, so there’s no way to contact them, and their website only offers an option to download the app. Their greed by adding this annoying banner ad inside the app has made purchasing the scale a disappointment. Go elsewhere.

Good scale and app for the price!
Feels a bit weird when i drink 4 liters a water a day and it says im low on water.
Also it would be nice if I could adjust the weight goal higher. It says that I should be around 74Kg, but what if I wanna be 85 with more muscle mass? No. Can’t do. I think it’s designed for Asians 150cm tall 45kg. :)
I don’t know why my protein levels are low, where it gets it from I doubt that.
But apart from that, its ok for 15 GBP, maybe an apple watch app would be nice too. But that’s just gimmicks. :)

Frustrating and Terrible
I thought this scale was great...for about 5 minutes, then when i weighed myself again right after i was 21lbs heavier and ever since then, deleting, reinstating etc etc has done nothing to fix the problem. The weight on the scales never reflects correctly on the app, also the weight on the scales is constantly all over the place every time i weigh myself (immediately after weighing). The company partially refunded me (as to return I’d have to pay), but i kept the scales and now I’m annoyed i have them.

How accurate is it... seems like guess work
I’m not entirely sure how the app calculates water, body fat, muscle etc as when you get on the scales it is only weighing you. I’m not sure that it is accurate. I do like the track system it has on the app though.

It does all the things my colleagues $1k scale does and even more!
Readings are accurate and almost identical to the one my Doctor got with his $5k scale!!!

It just doesn’t work
I got the scales paired with the app. That worked really well but that’s where it ended. It tells me to stand on the scales but nothing else happens. The app keeps telling me “no measuring data. Try again” I have re paired it 5 times now and stood on the scales as instructed - all with the same results. The problem is - by the time you see this review you have already bought the scales. Hopefully we can all get a refund
