Useless! ALWAYS defaults to husband’s profile
Awful! Spend your money on something more reliable. I have been using the app with the paired scale for a while but now it defaults to my husband’s profile constantly. I tried to correct this by tapping on my picture first before standing on the scale and as soon as I weigh myself it is back to my husband’s profile again. When I tap on my profile in the weight measurement area it keeps coming back to him ( who btw, has not used the app in more than a year, he now only tracks on paper logs after becoming frustrated with the app himself). There is no way to delete a family member in settings. I have registered this complaint inside the app but got no resolution or response. Moreover, I’m sure readings for hydration, muscle mass and body fat percentage are not accurate. I drink more than 64 oz of water per day, have increased the amount of weight I can lift by 10 to 20 lbs across all muscle groups (increased strength should signify muscle growth, right?) So, I’m deleting this app and will now record my weight manually in another health tracker. I could have used a cheaper, non-Bluetooth scale to do that.

App is a SCAM!
App is used to display data from Bluetooth bathroom scale, body fat, muscle mass, weight, etc. It worked without having to create an account, but then after 60 days (which is past Amazon’s return date) the app would not open unless I created an account on their system using my email address, etc. I’m sure this is designed to sell me more things I don’t want and to market my personal information.
Don’t buy a scale that uses this app if you don’t want to be forced to create an account with them in China!
It should work whether you want to create an account or not.

App works except for if you have a Fitbit
App has been working fine but now since syncing my Fitbit every time I click on anything within the app it just immediately take me to the scales app and I can’t see any data without deleting the scales app. Please can someone look into this problem as it’s quite infuriating.
Terrible
This app (and the accompanying scales) are dreadful. The app stops syncing with the health app at random times and there’s no way to export the data from the app. as other reviewers have mentioned it also randomly logs itself out of their website. The app won’t display any data if you’re not logged in and they appear to have a habit of resetting users passwords.

Data is not shown
I’ve stepped on the scale for more than 5 times to get the data, and my family tried it for 10 times and the data doesn’t show up on the phone.
Help
I’ve been using the app for a few weeks now with the scales to go with it and for some reason it will not calculate my water mass or v-fat at all it just says “no data” however it has worked for 2 utter members of the house hold. Please resolve this problem as it is not my phone as I have had a new phone during the period of using the app and the v fat and water mass won’t come up on neither.

A little disappointed
Well, I read the reviews but didn’t think it could be that bad, but it is. Scale is in kg and cannot change to lbs. it does show pounds on app. Cannot add picture as it shows so am not adding other family members. App not user friendly. NEEDS much improvement.
Works well
Easy to use app, add all family members haven’t had a problem with it, recent update has added BMR my only issue is the higher your BMR the better right? The app shows it as being bad to have it in the higher section, it should be in the green.
Interfaced seamlessly
I just down loaded the app and it interfaced seamlessly with my Dr Trust Smart Scale. Awesome app and is working as promised. I’m using it on an iOS 12 phone.

Loved the app & the scale at first! I haven't had any problems until the past week or so. Now I can't even be in my app for more than 5 seconds without the app kicking me out. Needs to be fixed ASAP since I can't weigh in & sync to my phone due to being kicked out of the app! If that wasn't a problem, I'd rate a 5 star.
