Disappointed - Don’t purchase
This scale’s app has an annoying ad banner that must be closed every time you want to weigh. Also, it goes through batteries like crazy. The batteries last approximately one week, and must be changed before the scale will weigh again. My husband tried to return the scale being completely dissatisfied and there was no way to return to the company. I strongly recommend looking for a different scale!!!! Don’t waste your time and money!

Useless
The app is a package of error. When I tried to use it for second time I couldn’t log in. I have tried for 5 days and tested many ways but it still doesn’t work.
Scam
The last page is your credit card for confirmation, that’s what the emails for. Hell No. Never give your CC details even if it’s $0.0 Been burned by that enough times to learn.
Pure Junk
Downloaded this app multiple times and every single time I open the app it gets stuck on the “log in” screen and won’t do ANYTHING. Total waste of time. I’ll just use my scale without this useless piece of crap app. I’d give it -5 stars.

When the app updates it looses all your data
As said in the title whenever the app has an update you loose all your data that is saved within the app
Issue previously reported not fixed
The App only records weight and BMI it keeps saying no other information is recorded and to start weighing process again. But that doesn't fix anything!!
AWFUL
I’m not impressed with the scale! While some markers could be “ballpark” accurate at best, some of these results are laughable. I agree with the other reviews. This is just a data harvesting app. I asked for a smart scale for Christmas, but this one is sorely disappointing. I’m hoping There’s still time for a refund!

It’s functioning again
My app once again syncs with apple health (it broke in a previous app update). That works great now, but the ads along with my account frequently getting logged out are a bit tedious
Each person’s data
The app doesn’t show the data from each family member independently, but only the data of the last person weighed.
If I want to see my wife’s data previously weighed BEFORE me, I click her picture it only shows the word DELETE and not her data ,or if she wants to weigh again.
If she wants to weigh again I have to delete and input her information again!
The problem needs to be fixed!
