  • Wiped out my rewards

    Forced update wiped out my rewards I had saved up. I had $48 and now only have enough points to get two entrees. Horrible update - even if the accrual system changes moving forward, the past value should be honored. Super irritated and disappointed. 👎👎👎
  • App doesn’t work

    New App doesn’t allow you to link old account. Keeps giving unknown errors. Also, hate that you can’t scan receipts like in the past. Customers fumbling with the app at the register slows down the line and workers never ask you if you have a rewards account. Speaking of “you asked, we listened” bring it back and have two options.

  • Mobile order where I pickup and I’m expected to tip??

    As I am filling out my order this morning I see my total nears 20 bucks for a single entree item. I see that gratuity is automatically assumed when the staff are doing no special service to me other than making my order as they normally would. On the checkout screen THERE IS NO 0% amount to tip. You have to enter 0 by going to custom amount. Tipping for doing your regular job is getting out of hand. New update is garbage. I lost all my previous points too. I am very much considering deleting this app altogether.

  • Not good!

    Can’t really say much about the app since I can’t login. Say I have to create a new account and then gives an error. The new rewards are much worse. I would suggest not updating!
  • New app not working

    I tried to use my previous account, that didn’t work. I tried to create a new account, that didn’t work. I tried to pay with Apple Pay, that didn’t work. Finally, I was able to place an order using a credit card.

    Rewards money stuck on the previous app. Forced to create a new account. App does not allow you to do so. Seems the launch might have been a bit premature.
  • buggy new app/registration

    This is the supposedly new and improved Costa Vida app, but you have to reregister your old account with more information. When I attempted to do this, it was super buggy-it kept saying that I needed to sign up even though it had already sent me a confirmation email. The real nail in the coffin is the new reward system. You used to be able to spend $50 and get $4 of rewards and now you have to spend $200 to get a free entrée. total rip off, probably won’t be coming back for a while.

  • So much better!

    Way easier to order like I do in the restaurant! I am particular with how I like my food and have avoided ordering in the app in the past because it was impossible to get it my way. With this update, I’ll be skipping the lines and ordering online more often!
  • Why?

    Been eating Costa Vida for over a decade. Long story short app looks great but you basically have to spend almost 2x the amount of money to get the same amount of rewards as before. They’re basically taking away our points and are hiding it with a fancy new app. Spit in the face of you ask me
  • THE WORST

    Don’t download the new app unless you want to lose all your current rewards!!! I had $17 or more in rewards that didn’t transfer over like it states it will!!!!
