Love the new app! It’s fast, easy to use, and I can customize my order in just a few clicks. Love that it keeps my order history, so I can reorder with just a couple of clicks. I had $16 dollars worth of points on the app and when I went to use the at the store I had to update the app and link my old account. Luckily I was able to do that, but not able to use it during the visit. I was just l gonna scan my recent for the points, but now that’s not an option anymore apparently. And when I got my account linked they completely changed how the rewards work. Now I’m only able to get 1 free entree which is worth about $10 where I am at instead of my $16 worth. So I lost out on almost half my points and couldn’t teen points for the order I just made. Wish I would’ve have know this was gonna happen. I had been saving my rewards up for a while and built up a decent amount. With the new rewards system I lost a significant amount of money.Update is absolute GARBAGE
Bring back the app pre update. Logged me out of my account and will not email me a password reset. Unable to access All my points and account info. Complete trashNew app doesn’t work
I can’t sign in to the new app and it won’t let me make a new account. It just gives an error message no matter what I do. I guess all my points are gone and the $200 lunch that I just paid for can’t be credited either.New app - can’t get in
I downloaded the new app update, entered my password and no luck. Clicked forgot password link yesterday and no link sent. So still can’t use app.Worse.
The new reward system is actually worse deal than what it originally was. I do like a few with the new options but it’s far and away a worse experience. I like my paper receipts.The new app isn’t ready for production.
It gives me nothing but request errors. Please check before rolling out to public guys. 🤦♂️App Updated Nothing Works
Updated the app and I can’t get in to my original account. Create new account and it says it will send a verification email but I never got it. Try to checkout as a guest and use Apple Pay and doesn’t work.
Test the new app and make sure it works before you push it live. Terrible experience.
