Poor customer service
I believe this may be my last time to come to this location. The restaurant inside is alway dirty. The smell right when you walk in is a dirty smell. The tables and floor are always filthy. Then you get in the line and every employee is rude. No smiles and sharp rude responses. Then the cashier about grosses you out with her 3 inch fake nails. Food was good but restaurant was filthy!
I had to get a hand wipe and cleaning off the bench just to sit down dried food. Mind you we got there at 11 when it opened.
On the floor in several places you can see splash dried soda.
the tables had dried food on really really dirty. of course I did not notice this until I went to look for a table but if it is this dirty in the dining room how clean is the kitchen!Show lesswill i go back?
Can not order using the app
I used to use to app all the time to place an order however over the last few months I have been unable to do so. I continue to get an error message the says “ unable to verify your basket”. This is very frustrating.Porters House
Keep forgetting the tortilla
I love costa Vida salads, but prefer the tortilla on the side so it doesn’t get soggy. This is the 3rd time they have forgotten to give me the tortilla on the side (even more times if you count when I was in the drive-thru and caught it before pulling away).

Nice meal
We hadn’t come for several months, but seeing the road in front was in construction, we correctly decided today would be a good time to eat in quiet. Service was pleasant and our questions were answered cheerfully. The food was fresh and vibrant, just right to satiate our modest appetites with lively tastes. Well done!Show less1llinoi$

For no one being in the line I was baffled at how long it took to get through to actually pay for my mail and then at the time I was able to pay for the mail I waited another five minutes as the cashier was struggling to get through his part for my simple order. I was told you charge extra for a little extra pico I go to Café Rio and they never do that so it looks like I might have to go back there. Unfortunately this store here as I go and frequent Cafe Rio and CostaVida in different locations you guys need help.Show lessthe bomb ee

I ordered catering for a retirement party on the 4th of July weekend, Renee and her team did am amazing job. My guests kept coming up to me throughout the party asking me where the food was from and how much they loved it. Lost my business
I came away from using this app extremely frustrated. Problems I ran into included when I left the app for a moment and came back my order had disappeared and I had to re-enter all items over again. I was offered a $4 promotional credit for signing up however it could not be applied to my order and kept giving me errors when I selected to redeem and would not explain why it could not be redeemed. The order pick up time was very glitchy at the top of the screen it said my order would be ready in 19 minutes however whenever I hit the checkout button it kept throwing an error saying that my order would not be ready until an hour and a half later due to current order times. The frustrating thing about this was that it required me to go in and edit the time manually to say an hour and a half later as the “as soon as possible“ option would simply not work. Also, the reload button should be titled “reset” as by clicking it my order was cleared and once again I had to re-input everything. Nice interface but these glitches make placing the actual order less than ideal and very frustrating.Show lessArander10

I just want to thank you for putting out such a great product that is always fresh and delicious!! We only have a few places that we enjoy eating out at because so many places have such poor service and are so short staffed that the whole experience suffers.
