The schedule feature is great except..
Already submitted a feedback in the app but would like to double send here. Overall the device and the app are fantastic. I loved the schedule feature except for one thing. Really hope there is a Do nothing option for AC state. I'd like to enable Comfy mode only at specific time and trigger AC as the temperture threshold is hit. The current schedule setting is required to set either AC on or off. So when the event is triggered, it will try to alter the AC state even though the Comfy temp isn't met.

Turns off when tell it turn on. Unreliable.
Seems like a good idea. But frequently I turn heat pump on remotely. Cielo says it’s on and set. I get home. It’s off and I’m frozen or roasting.
Right now it says i just “powered off” when in fact i powered on. And it’s running.

Excellent way to make your ductless minisplit smart
I own a Daikin ductless minisplit. The Cielo device is great as it acts a traditional thermostat where I can set the temperature directly on the thermostat OR I can use this app to control the temperature. the Siri Shortcut integrations are great: I can tell my phone "Hey Siri, cool bedroom" and it runs my pre-defined Siri action

This app is amazing. After install the chip in my unit it was a little difficult to pair with the phone but when I did is really good because I made and schedule for turn on or off and work perfect
Good integration with Google home
This is one of those rare products and app that rates five stars. Easy to set up, and it talks to virtually every kind of device sold. You may have to manually configure it, but you should find a model number on the back of your remote.
Wish I had gotten them sooner…
I purchased 2 pro models - one for our TV room and the other for our bedroom. The entire process was extremely easy and simple, from opening the box to psyching. We are snow birds and this will make it so easy to monitor the house temperatures. Love the looks of the big display and will definitely tell our friends about this great products. Would definitely but again!!!

Good job but NO multi-home features
It’s been working great for more than 6 months now since the initial problem with bad power adapter. Only need to hard reset once in a while when my wifi drops and it won’t reconnect. I’m using it for my house now but want to add 8 more units for my office. But there isn’t a CREATE HOME option like most smarthome app normal has. And it’ll be so in convenient if i have to login/out when arrive home and office.

Apple home support
I really wish I could attach these thermostats into the Apple Home app. I hope they fix that feature. Otherwise, their own app is basic and has the features you need to control the thermostat.

NOW we can heat or cool our cabin from home for our arrival or guests! What an awesome product that solved all our problems! Also, not having to make a special trip to turn up the heat when the temps drop to below freezing will save us gas, time & headaches!
