Great costumer service!!
Had to work at a programming issue on the thermostat and the gentleman on the other line picked up very quickly knew exactly what needed to be done and the thermostat is working exactly as it was intended to do! Love a company that stands behind his product with quality customer support! Would highly recommend this for my application which is a mini split that was installed in the wrong spot of the house and the thermostat built in the unit wasn’t operating as intended. This thermostat fixed the entire problem I was having! Thank you

Easy install, work great
It took 5 minutes to set up the first one and 90 seconds for the 4th. I had a few questions and the support is very good, real people answer the phone. After using it for a week it’s very nice to be able to set the temperature in each room and have the split duct maintain what was set. Great product.

I purchased 2 cielo breeze eco for my apartment in Puerto Rico. So that I could turn on and off my mini split A/C from NJ. I called the vendor. The Cielo Representative helped me set up both units and walked me through the process. He made sure that I understood everything about the Cielo Breeze Eco before ending the phone conversation. Now I’m able to monitor both my A/C units remotely from any places in the US.

Turned my mini split smart
We built a small guest cottage. My contractor put the cheapest mini split Hvac know to mankind. I found this on the internet. It was so easy to setup it took less than 5 minutes. It’s made me love my cheap CONFORTotal. Highly recommended!!!
Great solar backup heat
I have solar that generates power at curtain times of day, with this control unit, I can program the heat pump to turn on to use the power that I’m generating since utility company pays peanuts to me for power I generate, best I use what I generate, but if I’m not around to turn the heat pump on how can I use that power. this control unit does it for me, turning on and off the heat pump device to use the power I generate, saving me in energy in heating costs

Good remote control for my mini split system
Overall simple to setup and control my hvac remotely. A couple minor issues
(1) Room temp does not update on the app. Often I have to power on/off or change temp to get updated Room Temp
(2) It would be a nice feature to see a time graph of room temp

Improving!
Since I got this app and these devices a few months ago, the app has improved in an important way: It is more likely to show the temperature at the device in the app, and the sync/refresh is functional and quick. Scheduling is great! I couldn’t ask for it to be easier and work better, already fantastic. My only small quibble is that the move-the-line-around-the-circle temperature adjustment interface is a little less than solid, at least for my fingers. I tend to not exactly hit the temp I’m after and have to adjust.

Skip this. Is not reliable.
I've been using Cielo Breeze Plus with my window AC for the last few months hoping it would reduce my energy consumption. There aren't alot of options in this space, many of them have weak UI and poor reviews.
Sadly Cielo is one of them. The app does not stay in sync, it's "Comfy" automation doesn't work reliably, my AC runs far longer than it should.
LIke others have reported; support is weak, device features are weak (IR), GPS isn't preciese enough to be useful and Siri intregrations are flawed.
If you like babysitting your tech this is the product for you.
You'll likely see a very nice customer serivce respone to this review. However they don't back it up with action. Offering support calls they never complete. This app hasn't been updated in a month. It's a data collection front.

Love this device, but like to have little more improvement in app
The temp read not always up to date. Could there be a reflash button? And also would love to see the actual time of the on and off. Can this app make it work at iPhone home app?
