Can't seem to get comfortable with Comfy Mode
The basic functions work well. I'm able to turn on and off my AC using Alexa and my smartphone. The manual controls work well. My only disappointment with the Cielo is that Comfy Mode, while very promising, never seem to work as expected. I've tried various ways to make sure the thermostat is in the right place, but for whatever reason, the reading is off no matter how I configure it, which throws off the comfy temperature range I was targeting.

Better than sensibo
I had sensibo before and it would sometimes not send signal to AC. Cielo has never missed a signal so far. App is good but could improve. Please have comfy button on/off button showing all the time instead of having to click the bottom arrow or bottom esaver tab. It would be a lot easier to turn comfy mode on and off. Also please allow alexa to recognize turning on and off comfy mode. “Alexa, turn off comfy mode in bedroom”. All in all so far satisfied. Oh and geofencing seems to not work properly. Also should have iphone shortcuts.

Great Product.
I bought the Cielo Breez Plus unit to control my split AC while away from home. I used to worry about my pets during hot weather while traveling for work
It has exceeded my expectations. It is also great to keep things very comfortable while at home by setting my own user programmed presets.
It has saved money by running the AC only when required. It keeps records of run time and other data.
Works flawlessly with iOS and was far easier to set up with my phone and AC than my smart bulbs. It learns from your unit’s remote!
Syncing the unit is simple through Cielo settings if things aren’t working correctly. It’s important that the devices are in sync.

Smarts to a simple device
So there were some growing pains over the past year, but the app finally seems to have the right combination of scheduling and comfort zone features to maximize efficiency and get it to consistently hit the desired temperatures. Only current complaint is that the latest update seems to have killed notifications for when it does change things either due to schedule or comfort range.

Awesome smart AC application
Really helpful in scheduling my AC according to my needs n comfy feature is what I was looking for to cater my needs of maintaining ambient room temperature!!! Though need some improvement
Works, but needs improvement
Works but you have to control each unit individually rather than being able to turn on / off the whole house or being able to group into areas (I.e. upstairs / downstairs). They should also add features / presets like vacation mode.
Ideally it would work with homekit since they have figured these points out a lot better.

Beautiful UI
App looks great! But lacks some function though. Every time I go to adjust my AC temperature, using a iPhone 12 promax, it defaults back to the previous temp I’m trying to change it from.
I thought the idea of having this App was so I can control my AC system while away?? I can’t even get it to work when I am on the same network.

Preferred the prior version.
This version has a prettier interface but the buttons and status do not update correctly. You must exit and reopen to see if your unit actually turned on. Often it turns on then right back off. The prior version was much more solid and I had higher confidence in offsite control.
Also, it is annoying that you cannot see the actual reported temperature in the room. You can only see the set point of the unit. Not good for remote monitoring.

This new version is indeed a great breez to
my system and definitely has corrected many of the previous issues. I use it via IPhone 12 Pro . It seems stable and reliable 99% of the time . The support is excellent!! and they actually listen and note your issues. I understand new versions are constantly on the horizon . I am very happy to have such gadget available which improves the lives of my cars collection as it is installed in a garage .

No good Auto function
They have this thing called “comfy” but it has harsh restrictions. If the temperature falls below your certain threshold, the LOWEST TEMPERATURE YOU CAN SELECT TO HEAT UP TO IS 76 DEGREES - it literally woke us up in the middle of the night because we’re were sweating. Our AC’s remote even has an Auto button! So it’s not an issue on that end :(
