Feeling ripped off!
I have subscribed to this app for a few years now. There have been brief problems in the past but I am now unable to open the app to view the magazine that I have paid a subscription for. Consequently feeling ripped off and seriously considering cancelling my subscription!
Should of stuck with the hard copy
Not worked since ios update. Not happy
Poor app just got even worse!
Previously (pre-May 2017), the app speed was very slow and had numerous crashes. Now (May 2017), the app constantly crashes, will not download the magazine and has an annoying Magazine Membership window pop up every time you open the app. This is in desperate need of an update as I cannot read my magazines that I have subscribed to.
