update makes it impossible to order. i tried to order but it deleted my old account, tried to order as guest, but it didnt allow guest orders. trash app. i used to come here every day, but i wont be coming anymore due to it no longer being convenient. wont let me order online and wont let me order on the app. 0/5 stars

New app issues
They emailed me to advise they've updated the app with the promise my existing points would transfer over after I performed a few steps then signed into it, but this did not happen AND I was almost at my next reward in points. There's no Contact Us option in the app, their reply email bounces back as undeliverable, and the website Contact Us page only have options for Catering, Jobs and Feedback. I asked for help in the Feedback option. Let's see if they respond.

Order Wrong- 3 Times in a Row
I order the Thai It Up on the Simply Salad app because I have a limited lunch break time. When I order extra peanuts on the side for protein (I don’t eat meat), the Ladera location removes the peanuts from the regular salad recipe and only gives me the peanuts on the side. Unfortunately, you can’t tell they have done this until you start to eat it back at the office. On last Saturday, I ordered two Thai It Up Salads for me and my husband. My husband is also vegetarian, so I asked for extra peanuts for both salads. Same thing, I get home and no extra peanuts-just peanuts on the side and kale falling out of the bowl.
