Not working
The app is not working and ordering inside the location is too slow.
Extra charge
I have been ordering the same salad for almost a year. Recently it’s forgotten my order as well as charging an additional $2.50. Ordering in store is super slow, I don’t want to pay an extra $2.50 to use the app.

I second everyone saying bad app, great restaurant. I love Simply Salads! Staff is nice, fast, food is always great. This is the worst food service app I have- glitches terrible with online pay and “lost connection”, which will sometimes double charge. It also never remembers the exact same two salads I order almost weekly- says “no previous orders”. The rewards are nice on the app but that’s about the only feature that has consistently worked for me. If you fixed the glitches this would be a 5/5 from me. Please don’t let this simple solution be the reason I stop coming to the restaurant, and make ‘adding convenience to your customers’ a priority, please.

Error when paying with Apple Pay
Every time I check out with Apple Pay it pushing an error if lost network connection. I haven’t lost network connection I’m a network engineer by trade.

Missing items
I love the salads so I keep coming back. However, when I order off the app my salad is always missing items. This happens 95% of the time.
Wonderful Restaurant, Terrible App
There are a litany of problems and bugs with this app (that could honestly fill a 10,000-word essay). In short: the ordering server frequently crashes (or sends back errors), the load times for basic mobile order functions are long, and my orders (at pickup) are frequently different from what I placed in the app!
The in-store reward credit (that you receive from ordering from the app) is nice — per every $100, you receive a $10 credit — but everything else about this app is atrocious!

App needs work
Why can’t I get double ingredients? Why doesn’t Special Instructions work? What’s the use of having access to my previous orders but the inability to edit and reorder certain components? This app needs to be updated. It’s been eight months which is like three years in the App Store.
Horrible app
Have to recreate my order/build your own salad for every location. Can’t add multiples of anything (2 eggs? nope.) It just erased all my past orders and won’t even let me add normal dressing. Worst food ordering app I have ever used, no exaggeration. Food is good. Employees are nice. App is trash.
